The iControl Emergency Pendant is great for elderly or disabled family members that want a 'one touch' method to reach out for help. Once activated, you will get an email or text message indicating that your family member wants help. He or she will send a signal to their iControl box which in turn will send out a notification (an email or text message) that you have configured via your iControl web page.

As each pendant identified with a given person, you can customize the email or text message to know from whom it came from. And you can set up how you want messages from the pendant to reach you. For example, when the pendant belonging to your relative with Alzheimer's disease is activated, the message can be sent to multiple people; a text message could go to your cell phone as well as their nurse so you would be informed and the caregiver could take action.
