| Reza Raji - Founder, President & CEO | Reza first saw the need for a new approach to home monitoring in 1999 and founded iControl Networks in 2003 to execute that vision. Prior to iControl Reza was the Director of Business Development at Echelon Corporation, a leading control and automation company. He joined the company in 1991 as one of the early employees and was involved in its first product launch, growth of the customer base to over 4,000, reaching profitability and a successful IPO in 1998. Prior to Echelon, Reza worked at IBM for four years as a development engineer as well as a member of an IBM Fellow group. Reza has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Electronics Association's Home Networking and IT Division as well as a Founding Board Member of the UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) Steering Committee. Reza holds two US patents. He received a BSEE from State University of New York at Stony Brook and a MSEE from Cornell University. | |||||||||

| Chris Stevens - Founder & Chairman | Chris is a serial entrepreneur and leader in consumer electronics. He founded pioneering home theater and automation businesses Phoenix Systems in 1976 and AudioAccess in 1987 and PowerFile in 1998. Chris launched CEDIA, the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association in 1989, serving as President and Board Member and receiving its Founder's and Lifetime Achievement Awards. In 1993, Chris was appointed President of Harman/Kardon, leading its transition to digital technology, restoring profitability, and growing the company from $45M to $145 million in sales in 4 years. | |||||||||

| Gerry Gutt - Founder & Chief Software Architect | Gerry brings over three decades of telecommunications, computer and networking experience at Rolm/IBM/Siemens and Echelon. | Steve Bennet - CFO | Steve is founder and managing director of Bodega Partners, a venture catalyst and management consulting firm to early-stage companies. In the past ten years, Steve has worked with more than 75 companies providing strategic planning and business development. He has taken the CFO role in over a dozen companies, including Orbital Data, Valchemy, Rentals.com, GolfWeb, and Tribeworks. Prior to and concurrent with Bodega, Steve was a Venture Partner at Outlook Ventures, an instructor at U.C. Berkeley, and held various positions in marketing and corporate finance at Bay Logics, Digital Microwave Corp., and Arthur Anderson. Steve is currently co-chair of the Venture Finance SIG at the Software Development Forum. Steve earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. | Brian Mellea - VP of Marketing | Brian has 20 years of consumer products and online services product management, channel marketing and business development. At Apple, he led worldwide partner marketing for a $4B product line and then went on to manage all marketing for an $800M vertical market. He helped launch Apple's products into the retail electronics channel. He has marketed and sold online services to consumers with carriers. Brian ran a $125M ecommerce site selling direct to consumers. | Don Metzger - SVP of Sales & Business Development | Don brings 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and strategic alliances in the consumer electronic industry. Don has built sales and distribution teams in the North America, Europe, Asia and India and sold and marketed consumer devices, computer products and Internet content services worldwide. While at Memorex USA, Don grew consumer electronic sales from $0 to $78M in four years. Besides serving in such multi-national corporations as Radio Shack, Memorex, and Gemstar, he as been part of the executive management team at such startups as StarSight Telecast and NetChannel. | Wes Worth - VP of Operations | Wes has 23 years experience in process development, supplier and subcontractor management, and operations for the manufacture of discrete electro-mechanical systems. Wes managed the worldwide supply base for a $120 million per quarter component procurement for Quantum's hard disk drive business. In this role Wes coordinated all issues with Asian and U.S. suppliers, Quantum engineering and product teams, and Quantum's Japanese manufacturing partner. At PowerFile, Wes built an in house product configuration, repair, and order fulfillment site reducing the costs of fulfillment by 80%. Wes has held various management positions in product development and manufacturing engineering at Censtor, Kaitek Media, Dysan, and IBM. Wes holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from Wayne State University. | |||||||||
